Our dogs are all trained gun dogs and are hunted each fall. Most of them have competed in CKC hunt tests.

Our dogs are also family pets and spend time in front of the stove through those cold Maritime nights.

Our breeding program is based around working retrievers and family pets. We use bloodlines that encourage trainability and desire to produce a dog who will mix well with family & friends but who will also be equally at home in the field.

All our pups are registered with the Canadian Kennel Club and are guaranteed
against hip and eye defects. They will be wormed and have their first
vaccinations and dewclaws removed. Puppies are well
socialized when they leave for their new homes at 7 weeks of age. We usually have spring litters so puppies can get started on their house
training and walks without fighting snow drifts!
